For the first time Indian Short Film Festival is organized by Ranjan Entertainments from February 28 to March 1 in Bengaluru. It is held at Kuvempu Kalakshetra in VV Puram Bengaluru. Short films, fiction, nonfiction and regular in any language and form anywhere in India are invited to take part in this festival.

The entries for the contest at the festival closed on 25th January 2015. A few of the students of Adarsha Film and TV Institute, Bengalure are behind this unique thought. Kiran, V Ranganath, RV Jayaram, Dimpu are trying to leave no short falls for this ‘Short Film Festival’.

The first prize is Rs.30,000, second is Rs.20000, third is Rs.10000 at the contest. Only fruit that matters is tag line of this group of youngsters. It has formed www.teamranjan.com to get more details for people.

The main aim of this festival is to enhance and provide a stage for creative and enthusiastic short film makers.

Noted director S Narayan, Simple Suni, Anand Subramanya have extended support to this Indian Short Film Festival.
